Here's your rule for warnings:
[-]=No warning. AKA: Perfect angel.
[1]=Made 1 small mistake. Unspecified rules will be given only one warning, no matter how serious.
[2]=Made 2 small mistakes/1 screw up.
[3]=Made 1 serious mistake. OR 3 mistakes, or a screw up and mistake.
[X]=Banned. For how long, only they will know. (Maybe not.)

And administrative powers are a no-no, at least at the moment.
